Propagation/Production Manager

A position exists for a career focused person with a sound horticultural background as Production/Propagation Manager at Greenhills Propagation Nursery.

Greenhills, awarded Best Propagation Nursery in 2012 is one of Australia’s leading propagation nurseries, it is a thriving 30 year old family business situated in Tynong, 70km from Melbourne CBD.

Successful applicant must have the following:

• Experience in Propagation or Production procedures with a sound knowledge of Horticulture.
• Plant health knowledge including pest & disease identification and recognising deficiencies.
• Competent in scheduling, managing work tasks and computer literate.
• A team player with strong communication skills and an encouraging and positive nature.

This position includes:

• Utilising our scheduling program to schedule propagation and tubing of forward ordered tubestock.
• Work with, oversee and mentor propagation, tubing and growing supervisors.
